By triumphing at the Vuelta a España, Prologo claims its third Grand Tour victory of the season—this time thanks to Jonas Vingegaard. Riding the Scratch M5 PAS and Predator 01TT CPC saddles, the Danish champion not only claimed the first red jersey of his brilliant career, but also won an impressive three stages on Spanish roads.
Crowning his overall victory in the general classification—after wearing the leader's jersey for a remarkable 15 days—was Saturday’s stunning performance on the brutal slopes of the Bola del Mundo. It was there, just 1 km from the summit, that the 28-year-old in red launched his decisive attack on one of the race’s most iconic climbs.
Vingegaard’s triumph on the unique podium in Madrid marked another hugely successful season for Prologo in its debut year as Innovation Technical Partner of Visma | Lease a Bike. This winning partnership has already yielded a Giro d’Italia victory with Simon Yates, a second-place finish at the Tour de France—again with Vingegaard—and an overall win at the Tour de France Femmes with Pauline Ferrand-Prévot. These outstanding results were further enhanced by Ferrand-Prévot’s spectacular win at the Paris-Roubaix Femmes
Prologo’s Vuelta 2025 campaign was made even more memorable not only by the riders from the Dutch team, but also by the grit and determination of athletes from all eight sponsored teams in the race. In total, riders using Prologo saddles claimed seven stage wins out of the 19 contested, thanks to Jonas Vingegaard, David Gaudu (Groupama-FDJ), Ben Turner, Egan Bernal, and Filippo Ganna (Ineos Grenadiers).
The red saddle proudly held by a smiling Vingegaard during the special podium ceremony stands as a symbol of three weeks of racing filled with passion and determination—further proof of Prologo’s excellence in the world’s most prestigious and demanding competitions.
