What is the anatomical center? How do I find it?
The anatomical center is defined as the point where the ischial bones rest. It is a fundamental reference for mounting the new saddle or positioning the one already purchased. Independent of the type of model and its length. Universally, it is defined as the point where the saddle has a width of 7 cm.

What is the warranty policy?
Prologo guarantees its products against defects in materials and/or workmanship for twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover defects found after delivery, nor defects that were already evident or detectable at the time of purchase with the use of normal diligence.
What is not covered by the warranty?
This warranty does not cover defects arising from:
• Normal wear and tear
• Imperfect or incorrect assembly of the product, due to improper execution of the instructions
• Inappropriate maintenance and aggressive washing (e.g. Alcohol, chemical agents, solvents, abrasives)
• Damage caused by blows, impacts, accidents
• Damage caused by fortuitous events, force majeure, or caused by third parties
The buyer is not entitled to warranty if the product has been repaired, modified, altered, or resold.
