The anatomical center is defined as the point where the ischial bones rest. It is a fundamental reference for mounting a new saddle or positioning one already purchased, regardless of the model type and its length. It is universally defined as the point where the saddle is 7 cm wide.

  • Rest of the world: €18

Orders received on our online store will be processed within 24-72 hours of payment receipt. Delivery times vary depending on the chosen service and destination.

We ship our products worldwide. International shipping costs vary depending on the destination region. Free shipping is not applicable for international orders.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that will allow you to track your package in real-time.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe or if you have encountered any delivery issues, please contact our customer service for assistance.

Warranties and Returns

You can return the product within 30 days from the delivery date by following these instructions:

  1. After logging in, go to your account page and view the order containing the product you wish to return.
  2. Create an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by clicking on the "Request product return" link next to the product.
  3. Pack the product with all original tags/labels and the return form (downloadable at: https://www.prologo.it/website/docs/refund-it.pdf).
  4. Write the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship to: Lunar Sport srl – Via Miglio, 2 – 21045 – Gazzada Schianno (VA) – ITALY
  5. Refund or shipment of the replacement product will occur within the legal terms.

To return a product that was NOT purchased from Prologo.it but from third parties (physical or online store), you must contact the retailer from whom the purchase was made. Prologo cannot process returns for products purchased from third parties.

Procedure:

  1. Send Lunar Sport S.r.l., within 10 working days of receiving the goods, a registered letter with return receipt expressing your desire to withdraw from the purchase.
  2. Pre-notify via e-mail or by calling +39-0332-816961.
  3. Within the next working day, you will be sent the Return Authorization Number (NAR) to the e-mail address provided at the time of purchase.
  4. Ship the product carefully packaged in its original packaging and complete with all accessories, instruction manuals, and everything originally included, using a carrier of your choice.
  5. Insure the shipment against theft and transport damage.

For returns outside the EU: please contact customer service directly.

Recommendations:

  • Send the package/envelope using a trackable shipping method.
  • Replacements: specify the desired size/item in the comments field.
  • All tags/labels should not be removed from the product; keep the original plastic bags.
  • Ship the product using a package/envelope that offers adequate protection.
  • Do not use perfumes or deodorants when wearing a product you might return.

Prologo guarantees its products against defects in materials and/or workmanship for twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover defects found after delivery, nor defects that were already evident or discoverable at the time of purchase with the exercise of ordinary diligence.

This warranty does not cover defects arising from:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Imperfect or incorrect product assembly due to improper execution of instructions
  • Improper maintenance and aggressive cleaning (e.g., alcohol, chemical agents, solvents, abrasives)
  • Damage caused by knocks, impacts, accidents
  • Damage caused by acts of God, force majeure, or third parties

The buyer is not entitled to a warranty if the product has been repaired, modified, altered, or resold.

To complete the process, you will need the sales receipt and the product asset tag: the 9-digit code on the back of the saddle.

Online product sales are governed by Legislative Decree No. 185 of 22/05/1999, which regulates distance contracts. This regulation establishes the right of withdrawal, i.e., the consumer's right to return the purchased product and receive a refund for the amount spent. This right is reserved exclusively for individuals (consumers), and therefore cannot be exercised by legal entities or individuals acting for purposes related to their professional activity. To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to send a communication within 10 working days of receiving the goods, expressing the desire to withdraw from the contract. The only costs required are those for returning the product. The right of withdrawal is forfeited entirely if the returned product is not intact (missing original packaging, etc.).
