This warranty does not cover defects arising from: - Normal wear and tear - Incorrect or improper assembly of the product, incorrect execution of the instructions - Improper maintenance and aggressive cleaning (e.g. alcohol, chemicals, solvents, abrasives) - Damage caused by collisions, impacts or accidents - Damage caused by accidents, product misuse or caused by third parties The original purchaser is not entitled to a warranty request if the product has been repaired, modified or altered in any way. The same is applied in case of re-selling.

Sales of goods via the Internet are governed by the law D. Lgs n. 185 of 22/05/1999 governing the matter of distance contracts, that is done outside of business premises. This legislation establishes the right of withdrawal, which is the ability for the consumer to return the product purchased and the reimbursement of expenditure incurred. This right is reserved exclusively to individuals (consumers) and can not be exercised by legal persons and natural persons acting for purposes attributable to their professional activity. To exercise the right of withdrawal is necessary to send, within 10 working days from receipt of goods, a communication which will state his intention to withdraw from the contract. If you wish to return an ordered product to our online store www.prologo.it asking for a replacement with another size / product or a refund, no problem, you can send the product back to us within 30 days from the date of its delivery by following a few simple instructions. - After logging in, go to your account page and view the order containing the product you want to make us; - Create an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) by clicking on the link called 'Request Return Product' next to the product you intend to return; - Pack the product to be returned along with all the original tags / labels and the return form, you can download it HERE; - Write the RMA number assigned on the outside of the package/envelope and send it to the following address: Lunar Sport srl - Via. • Send the package / envelope using a traceable shipping method, so you can track it down in case of any problems; • Substitutions: in order to ensure availability, please specify the desired size / object in the comments field; • All tags / labels should not be removed from the product and the original plastic bags containing the product should be kept; • Send the product using a package / envelope that offers adequate protection; • Do not use perfumes or deodorants when wearing a product that you could make us.

To return a product that wasn't bought on Prologo.it but from third parties (bike shops, Ecommerce..) it is needed to enter in contact with the vendor, who will start the returning process.

The technical information on the website www.prologo.itstore.com is derived from information published by manufacturers producing the goods in our catalog. Lunar Sport S.r.l., therefore, reserves the right to modify/adapt the technical and dimensional information of catalog products based on what is reported by manufacturers, without notice.

Since the access and the ability to submit orders online change in real time the availability of the products included in the catalog published on the site www.prologo.it, Lunar Sport S.r.l. does not guarantee the certainty of allocation of the ordered goods.

The goods are delivered free our office and travel at your own risk reviews. Orders are accepted only in writing, by fax or via the Internet (on-line). The customer who places an order over the Internet will receive, upon completion of the purchase process, a confirmation notice via electronic mail (e-mail), with an indication of the number. Assuming that after sending the order, does not appear (a few minutes) the order number, the proposal shall be deemed as not accepted, for all legal purposes, although for accounting, administrative or lack of product.
