After the success of the first handlebar tape with 3D technology (OneTouch 3D), Prologo expands its range with a new three-dimensional tape designed to ensure maximum control both on the road and on gravel.
Thanks to an advanced injection manufacturing process specifically developed by Prologo engineers, OctoTouch 3D offers cyclists a unique handlebar feel and a firm, secure grip in any weather condition.
OctoTouch 3D has been tested directly by some of the most demanding riders in the gravel scene, as well as by athletes from several WorldTour teams on challenging terrains such as the cobbles of Paris–Roubaix and the gravel roads of Strade Bianche. Their feedback was crucial in further refining a handlebar tape designed for cyclists of every level and capable of combining performance, comfort and safety.
The distinctive feature of OctoTouch 3D is its three-dimensional design characterized by conical elastomer micro-structures. The cut present on each conical structure increases grip and breathability, promotes moisture dispersion and, when combined with a good glove, provides an exceptionally soft feeling in the palm of the hand.
This 3D technology absorbs vibrations coming from the road and transforms them into a delicate kinetic micro-massage, reducing fatigue and helping extend riding endurance thanks to energy savings for the rider.
Despite its distinctive three-dimensional texture, the thickness of the OctoTouch 3D tape remains very compact (3.5 mm), allowing excellent riding feel even for cyclists with smaller hands.
