Starting this season, triathlete Sam Laidlow officially joins the ranks of Prologo-sponsored athletes. The 26-year-old Frenchman, who has been using the Italian brand’s products for several years—winning multiple prestigious IRONMAN events, including the 2023 World Championship—has signed an agreement with Prologo to become both an ambassador and a developer of new triathlon-specific products.
Laidlow, one of the leading figures in long-distance triathlon, is globally recognized for his sensational victory at the 2023 IRONMAN World Championship in Nice, where he became the youngest triathlete in history to win this prestigious competition. Equally memorable is his still-unbeaten cycling split record at the 2024 IRONMAN World Championship in Kona, where he completed the 180 km course in just 3 hours, 57 minutes, and 22 seconds—using the Dimension Tri CPC saddle.
Throughout this season, which will see him debut on July 6 at Challenge Roth, the 1998-born triathlete will use not only the record-setting saddle from Kona but also other products from the Prologo range during both training and competition. These include the TGale PAS saddle and the brand-new Predator—a revolutionary integrated saddle system that is ultra-light, aerodynamic, and specifically designed for time trial and triathlon events, unveiled to the world just two weeks ago.
