Dimension R2 AGX

Dimension R2 AGX is the new gravel version of Prologo’s flat, V-shaped saddle. This new model, designed specifically for off-road riding, incorporates all the improvements introduced with the Dimension R2, a flagship product from one of the most appreciated saddle families in recent years.

AGX, which stands for Adventure - Gravel - Cyclocross, is a line of ergonomic saddles designed for gravel and all-road use, offering the perfect balance between performance and comfort across all types of terrain, even over long distances.

Compared to traditional models, AGX saddles feature a more flexible base made from next-generation materials and an extra 2mm of low-density foam padding.
These characteristics provide superior shock and vibration absorption without compromising power transfer—even when pedaling on rough terrain.

Anatomical Shape

The V-shape of the Dimension R2 AGX limits unwanted movement and ensures a more precise rider position on the saddle surface.
Its forward-positioned anatomical center makes it easier to sit closer to the nose, while the flat anatomical profile supports a more aggressive, aerodynamic position—ideal for riders with high pelvic flexibility.

The Dimension R2 AGX features a completely redesigned nose, now 40 mm wide—30% wider than the previous model—and with a rounder side profile. This new design enhances comfort even during intense pedaling efforts.

Technologies

Prologo’s 3D Slide Control improves grip and rider stability, helping to maintain optimal position on the saddle—even on rough, technical sections.
The PAS (Perineal Area System) channel, open in the middle of the saddle, is designed to eliminate pressure peaks and numbness.

The upgraded 2 mm padding ensures maximum comfort even over the longest and roughest off-road rides.

Base & Rails

The rail options include: Nack (Nano Carbon Fiber): made from carbon fiber, Kevlar, and aluminum filaments—ideal for cyclists seeking maximum stiffness and minimal weight, or Tirox (Light Alloy Steel): offers excellent vibration absorption and a great stiffness-to-weight ratio.

The base is made from long carbon fiber for the Nack version, and injected carbon fiber for the Tirox version—materials that provide an excellent balance between stiffness and comfort.
