Proxim Altius

Altius, the new saddle from the Proxim line designed for use on e-bikes and e-MTBs, is ideal for those who want to ride comfortably and safely—even without the assistance of an electric motor.

Ergonomic Shape

This V-shape and semi-round saddle (255 x 150 mm) stands out for its wide, generous, and flat nose, which allows for efficient and comfortable pedaling both uphill and downhill.
The distinctive feature of the Altius model is the rear “rise”, designed to ensure a stable riding position and prevent the rider from sliding backward.

Technologies

The Active Base System features an opening in the saddle base covered by a thin layer of padding.
The result is a wide and soft support surface that helps to relieve pressure while also offering effective protection against water and mud.

Base and Rails

The new models in the Proxim range feature a reinforced recycled nylon base and are available with either: Tirox rails (a lightweight alloy steel), for those looking for a good balance between weight and performance, or Re-Steel rails, made from recycled steel.
