Scratch M5 PAS is the open version of the iconic round-shaped multidisciplinary saddle. A product that, thanks to innovative technologies in terms of size, shape, and ergonomics, is loved by both professionals and the most demanding amateurs seeking an optimal combination of comfort and high-level performance.
The compact dimensions (250 x 140 mm) and extremely light weight (131 grams in the Nack version) make it a unisex saddle perfect for use on the road as well as in gravel and Cross-Country and Marathon mountain biking.
Anatomical Shape
T-shaped saddle that ensures greater freedom of movement thanks to a wider seating area. The recessed anatomical center allows the cyclist to easily change position by using the entire length of the saddle. The round anatomical shape of the Scratch M5 provides extra support to the lumbar region, helping to maintain a stable position even for those with limited pelvic mobility.
Technologies
The MSS - Multi Sector System seating system, designed in collaboration with the Politecnico di Milano, helps improve comfort and performance. The active and separated foams create 5 zones that work intelligently and individually, facilitating the natural pedaling motion during both the push and pull phases.
The central PAS - Perineal Area System channel is specifically designed to eliminate pressure peaks and numbness, improving blood flow
Base and Rail
The rail can be made in Nack (Nano Carbon Fiber) composed of carbon fiber, Kevlar, and aluminum filaments, ideal for cyclists seeking maximum stiffness and lightness, or in Tirox (light alloy steel) with excellent vibration absorption. The base is made of long fiber carbon for the Nack rail or injected carbon for the Tirox rail. These materials offer an excellent compromise between stiffness and comfort.
