Scratch M5 SPACE is the wide and more padded version of the iconic round-shaped multidisciplinary saddle. A product that, thanks to innovative technologies in terms of size, shape and ergonomics, is loved by both professionals and the most demanding amateurs looking for an optimal combination of comfort and high performance.
The compact dimensions (250 x 147 mm) and low weight (173 grams in the Nack version) make it a perfect unisex saddle for both road and gravel use and for Cross-Country and Marathon mountain biking.
Anatomical shape
T-shape saddle that guarantees greater freedom of movement thanks to a larger seating area. The recessed anatomical center allows the cyclist to easily change position using the entire length of the saddle. The round anatomical shape of the Scratch M5 allows you to have extra support for the lumbar region helping even those with reduced pelvic mobility to maintain a stable position.
The Scratch M5 SPACE is characterized by a wider seat and more padding, guaranteeing and improving comfort. It is the perfect choice for those who have a wider pelvis or who need better weight distribution. Scratch M5 Space has 5mm more foam padding than the standard version.
Technologies
The MSS - Multi Sector System seating system, designed in collaboration with the Polytechnic of Milan, helps to improve comfort and performance. The active and separate foams create 5 zones that work intelligently and individually, favoring the normal pedaling movement in both pushing and pulling phases.
The PAS - Perineal Area System central channel is specially designed to eliminate pressure peaks and numbness, improving blood flow
Base and Rail
The rail can be in Nack (Nano Carbon Fiber) composed of carbon fiber, Kevlar and aluminum filaments, ideal for cyclists looking for maximum rigidity and lightness, or in Tirox (light alloy steel) with excellent vibration absorption. The base is made of long fiber carbon for Nack rails or injected carbon for Tirox rails. Materials that offer an excellent compromise between rigidity and comfort.
