From Victorious to invincible

Going from "Victorious" to "Unbeatable," that's the goal of the partnership between the Paris Roubaix 2021 winner's team and Prologo. For six years now, the two companies have been working closely together to take riders to the highest level, providing saddles and straps for the team's Merida Sculpture bikes. From 2022, the collaboration will expand further.

The riders and technical staff wanted to choose to use Prologo gloves with the patented CPC cycling technology.   Used in "F1" and the military, CPC - Connected Power Control is Prologo's patented system that guarantees performance and comfort through vibration absorption, grip and positional stability. Thanks to its nano-structure, the special 3D conical and hollow polymer reduces muscle fatigue and facilitates airflow by reducing the temperature in the contact area. CPC, moreover, positioned in strategic points, protects muscles, tendons and soft tissues from the stresses that come "from the road" guaranteeing its performance in all weather conditions.

Laboratory studies carried out with teams and research centers show clear results on the benefits of CPC:

+ 15% Shock and Vibrations Absorbing

CPC absorbs shocks and vibrations from the road. It reduces muscle fatigue while improving recovery, performance and comfort.

+ 15% Grip and Positioning

The conical design of 3D polymers that a "Vacuum" effect, ensuring a perfect grip position.

+10% Air Cooling

The space and geometry of the 3D cones facilitate airflow, reducing heat and sweat.

Lycra back provides thermoregulation, flexibility and comfort.

The CPC is also applied on the saddles, with an arrangement called "airing" to dampen the vibrations of the road, stabilize the rider and allow a better airflow, all devices that can ensure maximum performance and comfort. You can find it both on road saddles, such as the Scratch M5 CPC or Dimension 143 CPC, and on time trial saddles, where maintaining position and stability is fundamental.
