Nago R4
The NAGO R4 is a multidisciplinary and highly performing saddle designed for the needs of professionals. Perfected through the "Pressure Map MyOwn" tests, this saddle meets the requirements of all cyclists seeking maximum performance and comfort even for long rides.
The Nago R4 (Redesign 4) is the evolution of the iconic NAGO, the Prologo saddle born in 2008 and already winner over the years of a Giro d'Italia and numerous Classics.
Anatomical shape
T-shaped saddle that guarantees greater freedom of movement thanks to a wider seating area. The rear anatomical center allows the cyclist to easily vary position by using the entire length of the saddle. The semi-round ergonomic shape makes the NAGO R4 ideal for cyclists with average pelvic rotation flexibility, while the reduced width of only 137 mm fits people with a not too wide ischial bone span.
Technologies
The closed version of the NAGO R4 features 3 completely independent separate sections, made with next-generation variable density foams, to ensure excellent support and the right comfort during all phases of pedaling. Under the central section, the Prologo Active Base system: a base perforated in the center, to combine the benefits of a closed saddle with a larger support surface, with the advantages of an open base.
Base and Rail
The long fiber carbon base and the Nack (nano carbon fiber) rail make the saddle even lighter, stiffer, and more performing. The version with injected carbon base and Tirox (light alloy steel) rail, with an excellent weight-resistance balance, gives the saddle less stiffness and superior vibration absorption.
