Dimension R2 153 AGX

Dimension R2 AGX 153 is the wider version of Prologo’s new flat, V-shaped gravel saddle. This new model, designed specifically for off-road riding, incorporates all the improvements introduced with the Dimension R2, a flagship product from one of the most appreciated saddle families in recent years.

AGX, which stands for Adventure - Gravel - Cyclocross, is a line of ergonomic saddles dedicated to gravel and all-road use, designed to deliver the perfect balance between performance and comfort on any terrain, even over long distances.

Compared to traditional models, AGX saddles feature a more flexible base made with next-generation materials, and extra padding made from low-density foam.
These features ensure better shock and vibration absorption without compromising power transfer, even on rough and unpaved roads.

Anatomical Shape

The V-shape design ensures limited unwanted movement and more precise positioning on the saddle surface.
The forward anatomical center allows for a more frontward seated position. Its flat anatomical profile supports a more aerodynamic and aggressive position, making it ideal for riders with excellent pelvic flexibility.

The 153 mm wide version features a larger seating surface and thicker padding, improving overall comfort. It's the perfect choice for riders with wider pelvises or those who need better weight distribution. The Dimension R2 AGX 153 includes 5 mm more foam padding in the rear section compared to the standard version.

Technologies

Prologo’s 3D Slide Control technology improves grip and rider stability, helping to maintain an optimal position even over off-road terrain.
The Dimension R2 AGX 153 features a completely redesigned nose, now 40 mm wide, which is 30% wider than the previous model, and with a rounder side profile. This new design further enhances comfort, especially during high-power pedaling phases.

The PAS (Perineal Area System) channel, wider and deeper than the standard version, eliminates numbness and reduces pressure on soft tissues, tendons, and blood vessels—improving blood flow in the pelvic area.
The extra padding ensures excellent comfort, especially on long-distance rides.

Base & Rails

The saddle is available with: Nack rail (Nano Carbon Fiber): made from carbon fiber, Kevlar, and aluminum filaments—ideal for cyclists seeking maximum stiffness and lightweight performance. Tirox rail (Light Alloy Steel): offers excellent vibration absorption and a strong balance between weight and strength.

The base is made from long carbon fiber for the Nack version or injected carbon fiber for the Tirox version—materials that offer the ideal balance between stiffness and comfort.
