Scratch M5 PAS AGX 147 Restyling

Scratch M5 PAS AGX 147 Restyling is the new wide version for gravel use of the iconic Prologo round-shaped saddle.  Compared to the previous one, it has been improved with a major restyling both in terms of materials and the shape of the nose.

AGX, acronym for Adventure - Gravel - Cyclocross, is the line of ergonomic saddles dedicated to the gravel and all-road world, designed to guarantee the right balance between performance and comfort on every type of terrain, even for long distances.

Compared to traditional models, AGX saddles feature a more flexible base made with new generation materials, and extra padding made from low-density foams.

These characteristics ensure better shock and vibration absorption, without however limiting or compromising power transfer even when pedaling on dirt roads.

Anatomical shape

The T-shape feature of this saddle (250x147mm) offers better freedom of movement and positioning, offering comfort and protection in chafing areas. The recessed anatomical center allows the cyclist to easily change position using the entire length of the saddle.

 The round anatomical shape of the Scratch M5 AGX allows you to have extra support for the lumbar region helping even those with reduced pelvic mobility to maintain a stable position.

The Scratch M5 AGX 147 is characterized by a wider seat and more padding, guaranteeing and improving comfort. It is the perfect choice for those who have a wider pelvis or who need better weight distribution. Scratch M5 AGX 147 has 5mm more foam padding than the standard version.

Technologies

The Multi Sector System features different mapped and separate zones on the saddle, each made up of different interactive foams and separate single cell padding.
Prologo's 3D Slide Control technology improves the cyclist's grip and stability, helping him to maintain the correct position in the saddle, even when tackling off-road sections.
The PAS - Perineal Area System central channel avoids pressure peaks and numbness by increasing blood circulation. The ergonomic design and variable density foams eliminate pressure points in the perineal area.

Bases and Rails

The rail can be in Nack (Nano Carbon Fiber) composed of carbon fiber, Kevlar and aluminum filaments, ideal for cyclists looking for maximum rigidity and lightness, or in Tirox (light alloy steel) with excellent vibration absorption. The base is made of long fiber carbon for Nack rails or injected carbon for Tirox rails. Materials that offer an excellent compromise between rigidity and comfort.
